Fitch Group unveiled its DEI Transparency Report
Fitch published its DEI Transparency Report, setting up a new strategic vision focused on strengthening the accountability of all employees, increasing transparency and reinforcing Fitch’s commitment to gender and underrepresented talent.
Going forward, it will serve as a comprehensive roadmap for fostering a stronger, more inclusive culture at Fitch.

As part of the DEI objectives, Fitch has set targets to increase by 2030 the proportion of women at executive and managing director level globally to 35% from 26% and the ethnic minority representation in the U.S. to 35% from 15%. “Everyone in the company has an important role to play in taking our DEI efforts forward. This strategy will serve as a comprehensive roadmap for fostering a stronger, more inclusive culture where all people at Fitch are able to reach their full potential,” said Paul Taylor, president and chief executive officer of Fitch Group.

Fitch Group Partnered with Inspiring Girls International to Empower Girls in the U.S., Mexico, Spain and Singapore
The program provides role models, information and access to skill-building opportunities to broaden the girls’ horizons, increase their aspirations and impact the decisions they make about their future education and career direction.

Through the partnership, Fitch volunteers will become role models and sources of inspiration for the girls. They will share their educational choices, career highs and tips for success and support critical skills development to inspire the next generation of female role models.

It is vitally important for women to be able to self-advocate and have the skills and approach to share their ideas within the firm in order to succeed in careers in the financial services industry. This workshop from Fitch Learning provided an overview on the steps to take when advocating for yourself and how to conduct conversations that support your ability to achieve your career vision and business goals.
